Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 30-60 years with body mass index (BMI) of more than 30 kg per square meter were selected. Not having a history of illness (cardiovascular, liver, kidney, lung, diabetes Not having any kind of physical and orthopedic injury that interferes with exercises), inactivity (lack of participation in regular exercise during the past three years ) Without a history of exercise activity, a caloric restriction (none of the subjects had recently followed a specific diet, and had a roughly constant weight over the past six months) No specific drug in the three months prior to the study (Medicines affecting heart rate, metabolism and body weight such as diabetes or thyroid disease drugs, contraceptives, anti-inflammatory drugs Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, reproductive hormones, supplements and vitamins)
