Inclusion criteria: Age (13-15) Having smart phones and the ability to work with mobile-based software Inclination to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical and mental illness Participate in other therapeutic and counseling programs

Joy score in Oxford questionnaires. Timepoint: Measure the score of happiness before the intervention and immediately after that. Method of measurement: Oxford questionnaires.
