Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patient with bloating in basis of IBS 20 - 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diabet?heart? liver? kidney failure?asthma?COPD?neoplasm?sever mental disorder Pregnant women, Women who intend to get pregnant and lactating women Patients who have had gastric or intestinal surgery History of receiving drugs to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in the last three months Alcohol or opioid adiction People with history of lactase deficiency Patients who use a cardiovascular medicine, antihypertensive drug, anticoagulants, anxiolytics or steroids.

MeasureTime frame
Intensity of bloating. Timepoint: Measure the severity of bloating before starting the study.14 and 28 days after taking Ouji And 14 days after the study. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.
