Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke based on clinical and imaging findings Onset of symptoms less than 4.5 hours Age older than 18 years NIHSS score two to twenty-five (2 to 25)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic stroke or bleeding on a brain CT scan Severe renal and hepatic failure Presence of severe and unstable underlying diseases Contraindications for the use of Alsava (Edaravone)

MeasureTime frame
Mean nihss score. Timepoint: Average NIHSS score at admission, at discharge, and two months after treatment. Method of measurement: The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale.
