Intervention 1: The control group will recieve 2.5 cc per kilogram of curosurf through endotreacheal tube. The drug to tract the problem developed and marketed by the Italian pharmaceutical company

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature babies with respiratory distress without any congenital anomalies, including heart abnormalities Infants with respiratory distress syndrome at 26 to 37 weeks of gestation who are being treated with Surfactant Rescue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Babies with epigraph 5 minutes less than 7 or with major congenital anomalies Receiving steroids by the mother before delivery Any congenital anomalies in the baby

Need a ventilator. Timepoint: 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days. Method of measurement: Ventilation device.;Oxygen duration. Timepoint: Day 3, Day 4, Day 7. Method of measurement: questionnaire.;Pneumothorax. Timepoint: 4 days, 6 days, 7 days, 8 days, 10 days. Method of measurement: questionnaire.
