Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian women postmenopausal women who have had at least 12 months of their last menstruation, or FSH above 40 milliliters per milliliter are over 50 years of age, married have a husband's life have mental and psychiatric problems Have no hysterectomy have informed consent are able to answer questions from the questionnaire ,have read and write skills have not received any special treatment for the elimination of menopausal symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal menopause due to hysterectomy, radiation therapy, drug therapy, etc. Have systemic and chronic diseases Mental problems exist in the person Have drug addiction

MeasureTime frame
Menopausal Complications. Timepoint: The questionnaire is filled out by the participants before the intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the questionnaire will be completed again. Method of measurement: Menopausal Symptom Severity Inventory - Ghrelin Questionnaire was used which included 4 symptoms related to menopausal women.;Quality of Life. Timepoint: The questionnaire is filled out by the participants before the intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the questionnaire will be completed again. Method of measurement: The Menopausal Quality of Life Questionnaire designed and standardized by Hilditch et al. At the University of Toronto was used.
