Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: suffered from insomnia for 3 or more months Older than 18 years Education equal to or higher than 12 grade Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from undiagnosed or untreated illnesses or psychiatric disorders that have variable nature. Older than 55 years old Co-morbidity with schizophrenia, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, bipolar disorder & other sleep disorders Consuming medications for treating insomnia disorder Cognitive impairment that make hard to understand treatment instructions. Abusing of drugs & alcohol until six months before study begins. Variable shift work

MeasureTime frame
Biological hyper-arousal. Timepoint: Pretreatment, session 3, session 5, post-treatment, 1-month follow-up, 3-month follow-up.
