Intervention 1: Intervention group: Stress and self-efficacy questionnaires will be provided to samples. The researcher will collect them after 24 hours. Then the samples will be added to the Telegram

Inclusion criteria: Ability to work with social network telegram or whats App Being volunteer Having at least one year of work experience in the oncology ward Having no mental illness from the promise of the nurses themselves Do not use drugs that affect the mental situation before and during and up to one month after intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to work with mobile apps Work experience less than one year in oncology unit Having mental illness from the promise of the nurses themselves
