Intervention 1: Intervention group: Endometrial scratching 48 hours before IUI. Intervention 2: Control group: Not endometrial scratching 48 hours before IUI.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being at the age of 18-42 years old Normal uterine cavity, without any endometrial polyp or lesion BMI < 35 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Maternal underlying disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 2 months after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Ultrasonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Chemical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 14 days after transferring the embryo. Method of measurement: Pregnancy Test.
