Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmation of PCO by Criteria Rotterdam Insulin resistance Estrogen changes Age range
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction and failure to complete the informed consent form Failure to follow up and continue treatment by the patient Use of beta-blocker drugs and contraceptive pills People with hypertension, hyperprolactin, thyroid disease
