Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: The recipient of bread containing soy is prescribed two breads in the morning for 8 weeks. Breads will be prepared under the supervision of a food industry expert.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having natural menopause The initial score obtained from the menopause rating scale must be at least 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not using estrogen and progesterone hormones and GnRH agonist and antagonist drugs in the last 2 months Not taking effective drugs for hot flashes in the last 2 months No history of cancer No addiction to drugs, smoking and alcohol No history of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, kidney failure, uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes
