Inclusion criteria: Conscious Consciousness Normal Ocular Examination Normal IOP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes and hypertension and family history of high pressure of the eye History of ocular disease Allergy to antiglaucoma medications Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Evaluation of the effect of anti-glaucoma drugs on the blood flow of the optic nerve head. Timepoint: Before taking the medication and at the time of the peak of the medication. Method of measurement: OCTA optivue Device.
