Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, patients will receive identical-looking capsules as oral premedication starting 14 days prior to surgery, at a dose of one capsule daily,

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I or II Surgical duration between 90 and 120 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative chronic shoulder pain
