Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I or II Age between 45 and 65 years Body mass index (BMI) between 35 and 40 Requirement for general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI) greater than 40 Patients with hemodynamic instability Patients with advanced cardiovascular diseases Patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to the study drug
