Inclusion criteria: Nonunion or delayed union of long bones Willingness to participate in the study and undergo surgery using autologous bone marrow transplantation Availability for further evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bone tumors Patients with advanced rheumatoid arthritis Patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs
