Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients in this group receive a 2% lidocaine bolus at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg over 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, followed by a continuous lidocaine infusion

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Age between 18 and 65 years Undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to local anesthetics and dexmedetomidine Preoperative atrioventricular block Preoperative bradycardia
