Achalasia. Achalasia of cardia

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients will undergo achalasia surgery after induction of anesthesia. All surgeries will be performed by a single surgeon using a standardized technique to ensure
for this group, routine postoperative procedures will be performed and the degree of recovery will be assessed by physical examination for three days after surgery (once a day).

Inclusion criteria: Ages between 18 and 65 years Candidate for elective achalasia surgery Surgery performed by a single surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with fever High white blood cell levels Patients with drug addiction
