Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients will undergo surgery after being anesthetized. Surgery will be performed by a single surgeon
For this group, osteotomy will be performed using the hip dynamic screw method along with brittle partial antirotational screw, and the level of infection will be evaluated for one month after surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Fractures of the base of the femoral neck DHS embedding candidate Surgery performed by a single surgeon Traumatic nature of the fractures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comminuted fractures of the femoral neck Uncontrolled bleeding during surgery Patients with a history of previous femoral neck fracture
