Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients will be given daily 2% Mupivacin treatment after one day after surgery and random allocation in their respective groups. Intervention 2: Intervention group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Burn rate less than 20% Degree of burns 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Burns Grade 1 and 4 Having Diabetes Mellitus
