Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Septorhinoplasty candidate In the age range of 18 to 60 years ASA class I or II Proper control of blood pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs The need to prescribe blood pressure stimulating drugs in addition to the drugs prescribed in each group.
