Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: After random assignment to the intervention groups and after surgery, patients will receive acetaminophen ampoule and ketrolac injection intravenously twice a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 60 years ASA Class I and II Candidate for elective orthopedic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women People with kidney disease Warfarin consumption

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Before the start of the study (the day before surgery) and also two days after surgery four times a day and every six hours for three days. Method of measurement: Visual scale of pain.
