Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selected patients Candidates for open heart surgery according to the judgment of the cardiologist, willingness to participate in the research having no specific problem (such as ulcers, bruises, or pain) at the place of acupressure, Age of 15 years old having hemodynamic stability gaining score 31 and above, Spielberg's Anxiety Inventory.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exit criteria include: history of known mental illness or use of psychosocial drugs, familiarity and use of acupressure history of participation in the syllabi, problem solving skills stress and yoga control methods in the past 6 months history of new crisis such as Death of first degree relatives, divorce or parents during the last 6 months , presence of hearing impairment sedation and pain medication 5 hours before intervention, drug addiction history of thyroid gland diseases and the use of drugs that affect it History of epilepsy, having pain and reluctance and disregard for acupressure.
