Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients coming to the emergency with hand laceration from 16 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients under the age of 16 and over 65 People who are allergic to diphenhydramine or lidocaine or they had conractagonism for lidocaine or diphenhydramine Patients who had received any systemic pain killer patients who had received MAO inhibitor
