Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle-aged mothers with at least one child who are in the care of "anthropometry and nutrition pattern assessment" of Sib system in the preconception and contemplation stage. Not suffering from a specific disease that seriously affects a person's nutrition Informed consent to participate in the study Mothers living in the intervention area who have access to the Internet and have a mobile phone or computer system Literacy and the ability to use the Internet and have a mobile phone or computer system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete the questionnaire Not using the system and willing to cooperate in every step of the study People who get a disease during the study, who have a controlled diet and a ban on physical activity. Immigration or any reason that prevents access and use of the system and completing the questionnaire

Method of measurement: Measurement is performed with the standard EPPM Nutrition Questionnaire, which includes questions on the variables of attitude, intention, perceived sensitivity, perceived severity, response efficiency, defensive avoidance, self-efficacy, and fear. The validity of the questionnaire has been proven by 20 experts, and its reliability has achieved an acceptable percentage through the Cronbach's alpha test.;Intention.
