| Body posture will be assessed using a two-dimensional photogrammetry method and analyzed digitally via ImageJ software. In this method, six retroreflective markers are placed on specific anatomical landmarks, and standardized photographs are taken from both frontal and sagittal views. The coordinates of the markers are extracted to calculate eight postural angles and eight distances using Excel.Key indicators such as forward head angle, pelvic tilt, and alignment of the knee and ankle will be measured and compared across two time points: pre-test and post-test1and 2. These measurements will be used to evaluate changes in postural alignment following the intervention. Timepoint: Pre-intervention/End of 6week / End of week 12. Method of measurement: To assess body posture, a two-dimensional photogrammetry method will be used. In this procedure, six retroreflective markers will be placed by a trained examiner on specific anatomical landmarks, including the seventh cervical vertebra, the twelfth thoracic vertebra, the right anterior superior iliac spine, the right greater trochanter, the right lateral condyle of the knee, and the right lateral malleolus of the ankle.Standardized photographs will be taken from both the frontal and sagittal views using a Basler acA2000-50gc camera. The x and y coordinates of the markers will be extracted using ImageJ software and imported into Microsoft Excel to calculate eight postural angles and eight distances. These indicators include forward head angle, pelvic tilt, and alignment of the knee and ankle. All measurements will be performed by a trained researcher, and the protocol has demonstrated strong inter-rater and intra-rater reliability in previous studies.;Functional ability will be assessed using a modified version of the Functional Movement Screen, which includes four selected tasks: deep squat, hurdle step, shoulder mobility, and active straight leg raise. These tasks were chosen due to the difficulty observed in performing th | — |
