Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute Peritonitis Age more than 15 years and under 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: enteric encephalopathy Liver disease kidney Diseases History of steroid use History of allergy and allergic to citrate-containing substances Multiple trauma and organ damage in case of vascular rupture Pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Peritonitis. Timepoint: After the surgery. Method of measurement: According to the general state, the respiratory state, the symptoms of local infection, symptoms of systemic infection, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood loss, body temperature, wound healing, suture location, infection, abdominal sign and symptom, as well as abdominal abscesses is examined by ultrasound or CT scan if necessary.
