Inclusion criteria: Has a fasting blood glucose level of 126 mg / dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: consumer metformin or any other hypoglycemic drug and any other drug like statin, antihypertensive, anti-inflammatory drug, and an ACE inhibitor.
