18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to participate in study 2. Age: 18-65 3. Definite diagnosis of HF 4. Class II, III, and IV HF according to the New York Heart Association classification 5. No severe sensory, cognitive, or mental disorder according to participants’ medical records 6.The ability to speak in Persian 7. No life-threatening comorbid conditions 8. No history of participation in educational interventions similar to our intervention 9. No need for cardiac surgery 10. Ejection fraction= 20% according to the result of echocardiography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Afflicted by myocardial infarction during the study 2. Answering to less than 80% of the data collection instrument items 3. Need for cardiopulmonary resuscitation during the study 4. Missing at least two intervention sessions
