Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having aged 60 and over The first open heart surgery experience Non-emergency surgery. Only coronary artery bypass surgery is performed Absence of previous anxiety and depression Lack of alcohol and drug addiction Lack of hearing and cognitive impairment Ability to Speak Farsi The lack of psychological problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient death Unwillingness to continue cooperation

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety and depression levels in the elderly according to the HADS questionnaire. Timepoint: Measure anxiety and depression before interaction and at the time of discharge. Method of measurement: Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale.
