Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis (diagnosed by a physician) No intra-articular steroid injection in the past six months Onset of menopause Mild to moderate knee pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m² History of surgery or fracture of lower-limb joints within the past six months Presence of cardiovascular diseases Severe cognitive impairment
