Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 and older Ability to communicate in Persian language Absence of cognitive problems (obtaining the minimum score of the cognitive shortened exam (6 <) Have at least reading and writing skills Non-Residential Nursing Home Having a mobile phone to receive educational SMS Satisfaction and willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue to participate in this research Change the address and phone number that does not allow access No attendance at training sessions death
