Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction to participate in the study Single pregnancy with gestational age of 36-28 Minimum reading and writing literacy Iranian citizenship and place of residence in Mashhad during the study Call number The period of hospitalization for a baby in a special care unit should be at least a week and a maximum of 4 weeks Not suffering from a medical disorder Do not consume any drugs, cigarettes, opium, hookahs and alcohol Do not commit suicide, or suicidal thoughts during the past month There is no mental disorder No stressful incident during pregnancy Infertility history, do not have repeated abortions Multivariate women, score less than 6 from post-traumatic stress disorder questionnaire around birth Each of the questionnaire of the screening questionnaire has responded to "No" hit history Score less than 13 from the Beck Depression Inventory The baby is born alive and free of abnormalities There is no record of meditating professionally Not a professional athlete A score of less than 31 has been obtained from Spielberg's apparent and hidden anxiety Natural delivery Answer all 7 Per / Fit Physical Exam Questions Do not have orthopedic problems

Score of post-traumatic stress disorder in the questionnaire. Timepoint: Post-traumatic stress disorder measurement in 24 hours after delivery and on the 31st day of labor. Method of measurement: Post-traumatic stress disorder questionnaire around birth.

Beck depression score in the questionnaire. Timepoint: 24 hours later and delivery on the 31st day after childbirth. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory.;Anxiety Score. Timepoint: In the first 24 hours after delivery and in the 31 days after delivery. Method of measurement: Anxiety Inventory Spielberger Trait.
