Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy order Ability to speak and understand Persian language No previous endoscopic history of upper gastrointestinal tract being at the age of 6 to 18 years No emergency endoscopy orders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Child develops malignant diseases Child with mental problems and physical disabilities Child with psychological disorder or anxiety disorder
