Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There is a type 2 diabetes disease confirmed by a doctor Not having severe diabetes complications Regular visits to the comprehensive health center for at least the last 6 months A patient aged 30 to 70 years Have primary reading and writing skills Satisfaction to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe diabetes complications during the study Immigration from the city and lack of access to them for conducting study evaluations
