Inclusion criteria: 17,=4 Satisfaction to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to Papaverine, Ketorolac, ASA, Ibuprofen Past history of coronary artery disease, complete heart block, AV block type 2 Renal failure, liver disease, coagulopathy, peptic ulcer disease Pregnancy & lactation opium addiction Dissatisfied to participate in the study
