Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular problems, hepatitis, epilepsy, muscle paralysis, anemia, gastric ulcer, asthma, kidney problems, migraine headache and sleep disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders No mourning history in the last 6 months No history of hospitalization at 6 months Collaborate with the researcher to participate in the study Anxiety test score higher than 12 No history of similar training courses Possibility access to follow

MeasureTime frame
The student's anxiety test score is based on the score obtained in one of these three categories: mild anxiety: score 12 and lower, moderate anxiety: score 13 to 20, severe anxiety: score 21 and above. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 2 months later and before the exam. Method of measurement: Sarason test anxiety questionnaire.
