Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having the consent to participate in the study. Nurses working in internal and surgical departments No history of medical illness detected by a psychiatrist. No adverse or stressful incidents in lifestyle during the last six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses' withdrawal from attending classes. Absences of more than two sessions
