Intervention group: During the 8-week protocol, the intervention group will play a small-sided basketball game in half-court with fewer players, half of the exercise session (45 min of 90 min exercise

Inclusion criteria: Boys 10 to 15 years old At least 1 year of regular basketball training experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metabolic disease Musculoskeletal injuries

Body Composition. Timepoint: Before and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Weight measurement; Measuring body fat with callipers; Measuring the circumferences.

Secondary

Aerobic fitness. Timepoint: Before and after 8 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Aerobic intermittent fitness test.
