Inclusion criteria: 20-30 years of age 30-36 kg/m2 BMI No history of regular resistance training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: musculoskeletal injuries cardiovascular patients

MeasureTime frame
Testosterone levels. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention, and 48 hours after the last session of the intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA method.;Cortisol levels. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention, and 48 hours after the last session of the intervention. Method of measurement: ELISA method.;Body composition including weight, fat percentage, body circumference. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention, and 48 hours after the last session of the intervention. Method of measurement: scales; caliper; tape measure.
