Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being aged 18-60 Willing to participate in the study Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes Complete consciousness HbA1c is less than 8/5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having known psychological illnesses and anxiety disorders insulin injections - addiction to any drug and cigarettes; complications of diabetes such as diabetic foot ulcers - having thyroid disease - liver disease

MeasureTime frame
Laboratory kit for hba1c. Timepoint: The hba1c is checked initially and then three months after the intervention begins. Method of measurement: Examinehba1c.;Check Fasting blood sugar. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, then one month later and two months later and the end of the study. Method of measurement: Fasting blood sugar test.
