Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA class I and II Spinal anesthesia Hemoglobin less than 10 Excessive bleeding requires blood transfusion General Anesthesia Failure of the spinal anesthesia and its transformation into general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Drug abuse Hemorrhagic disorders Body mass index higher than 35 Renal disease
