Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure CRT candidates Age over 18 years The attitude to participate in the study NYHA Class III-IV wide QRS and LVEF<35% Sinusoidal rhythm of the EKG The presence of MR in the primary eco

| Quality of life assessment. Timepoint: It will be measured before of intervention and 2 to 3 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Quality of life assessment will be done by using the Minnesota Heart Rate Quality of Life Questionnaire (MLHFQ). This questionnaire contains 21 questions and examines the impact of illness and treatment on the daily life of patients. The questionnaire focuses on symptoms such as dyspnea, fatigue, edema, and the psychological state and the effect of the disease on the daily activities.;Electrocardiography. Timepoint: It will be measured before of intervention and 2 to 3 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Clinical variables including QRS duration (ms), PR interval (ms) and HR (b pm) will be measured by electrocardiogram.Other parameters include LV end-systolic volume (ESV), LV end-diastolic volume (EDV) LV ejection fraction (EF), Mitral Regurgitation (MR), Full-volume of LV will measure by echocardiography. | — |
