Intervention 1: Intervention group: They are treated with routine Arthanes, Amantadine, Selegiline and Parkin C with Take Memantine 10 mg tablet overnight (one time per night). Memantine will be used

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe Parkinson's disease are incapable with maximal dose of levodopa Satisfaction to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Affected to underlying diseases Under treatment for nervous disease Patients who are reluctant to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
Bradykinesia. Timepoint: Before treatment, with a 6 month's interval in one year from starting treatment. Method of measurement: Evaluation status of tremor variation, number of steps in 100 meters, number of steps in 360 degrees, directional change and evaluation of finger taping performance.
