Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range between 18 and 35 years First pregnancy Gestational age at least 20 weeks and a maximum of 28 weeks Singleton Pregnancy Having read and write literacy Tendency to Participate in Antenatal Preparation Classess
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multipara Addiction Use of psychiatric drugs in The last six months Big stress in The last six months Such as Death of kin Early medical conditions(Diabetes.Chronic hypertension history&..)
