Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants were currently employed as practicing teachers Participants did not engage in extensive voice use outside of teaching (e.g., professional singing) Participants had no history of tobacco use or alcohol consumption Participants had no history of neurological disorders, hearing loss, or cardiovascular disease Participants had no history of surgery involving the head, neck, larynx, or gastrointestinal tract (including the stomach and esophagus) Participants had no history of respiratory diseases such as asthma or active allergies Participants had no history of diagnosed psychological disorders, including anxiety or depression Participants were not in the menopausal stage Participants had not experienced a common cold or any respiratory tract infection within the two weeks preceding the implementation of the study Participants were not menstruating at the time of the pre- and post-intervention assessments
