Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18 to 55 years Literacy for reading and writing The patient has primary type MTD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking History of intubation three months before entering the study History of various types of laryngeal malignancies History of laryngeal surgery History of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the head and neck area Respiratory tract infections such as colds during the assessment process or during the course of respiratory therapy Participate in more than two treatment sessions
