Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 to 40 years with infertility Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) confirmed according to Rotterdam criteria Normal hysterosalpingography Normal sperm analysis of the partner No history of benzodiazepine or anti-anxiety medication use

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number, size of follicles, and endometrial thickness. Timepoint: The size, number of follicles, and endometrial thickness are checked three times after the end of the treatment period, halfway through each menstrual cycle. Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasound is used to measure the number and size of follicles and the thickness of the endometrium.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Chemical pregnancy. Timepoint: After a two-day delay in menstural period. Method of measurement: Beta- HCG blood test.
