Inclusion criteria: Age 18-30 Student of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences Consent to participate in the study Having mild to moderate depression according to Beck's Depression Inventory
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Under treatment with antidepressants Bereavement or divorce in the past 6 months
