Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having arteriovenous fistula The same pump speed during the study The same type and filter in two groups Performing hemodialysis three times a week for four hours each time A history of hemodialysis for at least six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing dialysis due to acute kidney failure Patients whose hemodialysis is stopped for any reason or who are on the kidney transplant list Patients who, for any reason, change the frequency and duration of hemodialysis and their hemodialysis pattern. Any kind of skin disease leading to itching, skin allergy Patients treated with drugs to control skin itching, including antihistamines

Itching. Timepoint: Measurement of itching at the beginning of the study (before the start of the interventions) and four weeks after the interventions. Method of measurement: Itching questionnaire that measures the intensity, duration and extent of itching.
