Conditions

Diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus due to underlying condition

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment plus homecare educational program for 30 to 40 minutes once a week for 2 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Just routine care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 30 to 70 years; Type 2 diabetes; A history of disease for at least 6 months; Literate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or severe disease; Affecting with diabetes complications; Psychological disorders; Drug or alcohol abuse
